Sanam is an Internationally Certified Childbirth Educator, Labor Doula / Support Specialist and Lactation Educator accredited by CAPPA (Childbirth & Postpartum Professionals Association, USA) since 2010. She has also completed her Newborn Massage Practitioners course in 2019 with Healthy Mothers.

Her doula practice began in 2010 where she started attending births with prominent doctors like Dr. Feroze Soonawala, Dr. R.P. Soonawala, Dr. Noser Sheriar, Dr. Ameet Dhurandhar & many more, receiving incredible appreciation from them as well as the families who availed her services. The year 2011 brought into effect the creation of ‘New Beginningz’ – With a Caring Touch, whose services aim to provide support and education to expectant parents in all aspects of Pregnancy, Labor, Childbirth, Breastfeeding and Postpartum Care.
Pregnancy & Birth are Positive Growth Experiences and protecting these experiences as well as making them memorable is her main goal.
